Why are you charging me a processing fee to make a billing payment?

Third party vendor processing fees are typical. Some payment systems fold payment processing fee into administrative costs. We want to give our members the option. To avoid the processing fee, we offer alternative payment options such as electronic check/ACH at no cost.
