  • Willful loss or damage you or any in-house family members
  • Damage by a governmental entity
  • Damage from insects, animals, birds, and other pests
  • Issues stemming from poor maintenance or neglect
  • Damage from warfare activity
  • Damage to property beyond your coverage limits
  • Any exclusions named on your policy
  • Most long-term water damage and mold
