How do I update my mailing or billing address on my online member account?
You can easily request for us to update your mailing address on your online member account.
To update your mailing or billing address on your online member account:
1. Log into your member account.
2. Computer: In left pane menu click on Change Coverage
Mobile: Tap on three white lines in top left corner, then tap on Change Coverage.
3. Using the drop down menu, select Change my Billing/Mailing Addresses.
4. Under Policy to Change, select the policy/policies.
5. Type the reason for the change.
5. In Addresses to be Change, select billing, mailing, or both policy from the drop down menu.
6. Click on Submit. We will process the change within 2 business days.
