How do I update my account contact information?
You can update your contact information on your Northern Neck Insurance online account.*
You can update your contact information on your Northern Neck Insurance online account.
*Please be aware that changing your account contact address in your account will not change the delivery address of your paper policy documents. This must be done by speaking to your servicing agent. Likewise, changing your account email address for paperless delivery of policy documents must be handled by your servicing agent.
To change you contact information:
1. Log into your member account.
2. Computer: In left pane menu click on Customer Information.
Mobile: Tap on three white lines in top left corner, then tap on Customer Information.
3. Click on Edit to change phone number/s and email address.
4. Click Apply.
