Avoid hold times on our claims hotline during high volume hours by filing your insurance claim on your online account. It is both easy and convenient.

To file a online claim:

  1. Log into your member account.

  2. At top of screen, click Claims.

  3. Select Report a claim.

  4. Complete the fields for claim reporting.
  5. Upload any pictures, receipts, or documents to share.
  6. Review and click on Submit Claim.
  7. A claims adjuster will contact you within 24 business hours.
