How do I get a copy of my Northern Neck car insurance ID cards online?

Virginia is a state that allows electronic proof of insurance via smartphone. This permits drivers to show an electronic copy of their car insurance card on a mobile device during a traffic stop.

1.  Log into your member account.

2. Select Documents at the top of your screen.

3. Scroll down to Personal Auto Documents.
4. Tap on View to download your ID cards.
5. Save them to your device and print a copy.
