How do I change my Northern Neck Insurance account document delivery to paperless or by mail?

Change your NNIC document delivery on your online account.

  1. Log into your member account.

     

  2. Tap or click on the ≡ in the top right corner on the screen.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Scroll down to Preferences.
  5. Choose Paperless or Mail.
  6. Select Update preference.
