How do I add a new service provider on the loan for this policy for escrow to make insurance payments?

You can update the service provider to handle escrow payments for your NNINS homeowners insurance policy or the vehicle finance company on your NNINS car insurance policy online in your member account.

To add or change the service provider to handle escrow payments for your NNINS homeowners insurance policy or the vehicle finance company on your NNINS car insurance policy in your member account:

  • Log into your member account.

  • Click *Change Coverage.
    (Mobile: Tap on three white lines in top left corner, then tap on Change Coverage.)

  • From the drop-down menu, select a reason for policy change.

  • Next, select the policy from the drop-down display. (If you have multiple policies, be sure to choose the correct one for each transaction.)

  • Follow the prompts with additional information and upload any necessary documentation.

  • Click Submit. Your request will be processed within one business day.
