Does Northern Neck homeowner insurance have dog breed restrictions or exclusions?

Yes, NNINS does have home insurance policy exclusions for some dogs in certain scenarios.

Northern Neck Insurance does not insure a home with a dog with a bite history, regardless of breed. 

Regardless of bite history, we request the canine exclusion for the following dog breeds:  Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Mastiff (Presa Canario, Cane Corso), Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid.
