Does Northern Neck homeowner insurance have dog breed restrictions or exclusions?

Yes, NNINS does have home insurance policy exclusions for some dogs in certain scenarios.

Northern Neck Insurance does not insure a risk that has a dog with a bite history, regardless of breed. 

When the applicant has a dog with no bite history, we request the canine exclusion for the following dogs:  Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Mastiff (Presa Canario, Cane Corso), Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid.
