Can I make a payment on my policy without logging in to my member account?

Yes, to make a payment without logging into your account:

• Go to the account log in page(opens in a new window), and click on the blue Pay Bill button. 
• Enter your policy number. 
• Enter your Policy Start Date as mm/dd/yyyy. (This is the starting Policy “From” date found on your Northern Neck Insurance invoice or declarations page.)
• Enter your zip code. (First 5 digits only)
• Read and tick the box for the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement.
• Click Next. Select your policy.
• Add payment information– credit card or ACH (bank account).
• Review Payment and click Submit.
  Payment confirmation number will display.
